We will walk through your home to understand the style, features and flow and work with you to create a plan for the execution of your space for sale.
You are welcome to share your thoughts and vision with us, or leave it up to us to create a concept for your home.
After your consultation, we will make selections for your spaces. We are thrilled to offer our own exclusive range of highend inventory, and also collaborate with a range of suppliers to ensure that each space is tailored for your home and sales approach. We will provide you with a list of items that will be supplied, arrange timing and provide a quote.
We know that the selling process can be expensive, so we also offer pay on sale options.
This is when the magic happens. Our team will arrive at your home with all the furniture and decor, and will place each item to ensure that every angle of your home is perfect for professional photos/videos and buyer inspections.

Our staging packages are tailored to suit a range of property needs, with options starting from $1500 for a surface stage through to fully bespoke, whole-home staging. For added convenience, we also offer a pay-on-sale option , allowing you to access our services without upfront payment, while still presenting your home at the highest standard.
VIRTUAL APPOINTMENTS
From $250
If you are located outside of the South East Queensland region, or just want some friendly expert advice on how to present your home for sale, we are pleased to offer virtual appointments.
With the use of photos, videos, zoom calls and floorplans, we ensure our clients are provided with a detailed design brief to transform their home, and we are always just a phone call away.
